To the people considering a seat at this table,
On July 29, 2026, I signed the papers that formed Odin Meridian Group. On paper it is a Florida holding company. In truth it is a promise I have been preparing to make for twenty years.
I spent those years in industrial automation, designing operations where mistakes are not abstract. A wrong drawing stops machines, misses shipments, and costs people their weekends. That kind of work teaches you two things. First, that technology is the most powerful lever a person can hold. Second, that the lever is worthless, and sometimes dangerous, without a fixed point to stand on.
The world is arriving at the same lesson at once. Artificial intelligence has handed everyone the lever. Almost nobody has been handed the fixed point. I watch accomplished, intelligent people privately feel lapped by the wave, and I watch companies spend fortunes on tools while their direction stays unexamined. The shortage of our decade is not capability. It is clarity.
Odin Meridian Group is my answer. A meridian is the line that leads to true north, and every pillar under this roof walks people along that line at a different scale. Mr. Nicolas Vieira meets one person at a time: philosophy free at the door, and The AIcademy, the community where that person learns to build with AI and ship real work. Innov8, our lab, turns the same inner work into products for the many: tools that help people look within and find their line. Quantum8 Consulting brings the discipline to whole organizations: a sound vision first, then a path their own teams can walk with confidence.
The order matters. One person, then the many, then the enterprise. Depth first, then scale. I believe technology applied without inner clarity produces faster confusion, and I have organized an entire group of companies so that we never sell that. And I have learned that the north itself is only half the gift. The other half is the walking, because a person who walks their meridian consciously is already living the life they were looking for.
A few commitments, so you know how this house is run. We keep it simple on purpose; complexity is a tax, and we refuse to pass it on. We own our work, keep clean books, and put our name on what we ship. We move fast on reversible decisions and slowly on irreversible ones. We build to hold, not to flip. And we intend to be the best partner in the room for every client, member, and investor who chooses us, because we measure ourselves by what our people can do without us.
This group is young. I will not pretend otherwise, and I do not need to. What stands behind it is not a track record of press releases but twenty years of designs that had to work, and a conviction I can defend line by line: the next wave of technology can make people more capable and more human at the same time, if someone holds the line to true north while they cross.
That is the work. If it sounds like yours, write to me. A person reads every letter.
